Rachel graduated in 2001 from the University of Surrey, Roehampton with a BSC Hons in Sport and Exercise Science. Rachel suffered with a back condition as an adolescent and felt she wanted to specialize in the spine, so went on to train as a chiropractor at the McTimoney college of Chiropractic and qualified in 2008 with a BSc (Hons) in Chiropractic. Rachel is a Member McTimoney Chiropractic Association (MMCA) and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).

Rachel has worked in private practice for the last 5 years; she opened 21st Chiropractic Clinic in 2008 and now is expanding her business so that she can work within a Multi disciplinary team at 21st Century Clinic. She has gained extensive experience in treating many back conditions and specialises in back pain, neck pain, headaches and sports injuries. She also has an interest in pregnancy and paediatrics.

Rachel believes in expanding her professional and treatment skills and her continued success in this include qualifying with an ITEC diploma in Holistic massage, an APNT diploma in Sports Injuries, training with the British Medical Acupuncture Society and certifying in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation. She combines Chiropractic with deep tissue massage, dry needling & IASTM to get the best results for her patients.
